Emerson’s Career Development Center is a one-stop-shop for career education and support. Our office provides students with individual career counseling appointments as well as online resources and services, including online resume and cover letter reviews.

Career Counseling Appointments

Undergraduate and Graduate Students can connect with a member of our career counseling staff at any time throughout the year, including Winter and Summer Break. Our office is available for appointments Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on any day other than national holidays.

Appointments can be scheduled through Handshake using the “Career Center” tab. Appointments can be scheduled for 30 minutes or 1 hour, depending on the Appointment Type you select. Our appointment types include Resume & Cover Letter Reviews, Interview Preparation, Job or Internship Search Preparation, and more.

Online Resume & Cover Letter Reviews

The Career Development Center launched Online Resume Reviews in 2018 to help speed up the process between students seeking feedback and the time it takes to coordinate an appointment with our office.

Any current Emerson College student may submit their resume through Handshake for review by one of our Career Counselors. Feedback is delivered via email in roughly 2-3 business days. Submit your resume and/or cover letter for review using the link below:
